of cylindrical form, surmounted by a short neck, the exterior painted with scenes depicting rice and silk cultivation, the unglazed base centered with a circular recess, wood cover and stand (3)

Christie's New York, 29th-30th November 1984, lot 370.
Condition
There are shallow chips around the inner rim and a short firing crack to the neck. The base with a star-crack. General surface wear and minor firing imperfections. The wood cover with missing pieces to the carving, and the wood stand in general good condition.
