of barrel form, carved around the body with leafy scrolling chrysanthemum above a band of upright petals encircling the foot, the shoulder and top with leafy peony sprays, covered overall with a lustrous olive-green glaze
Condition
In overall good condition except for some minor chips to the glaze and a few shallow chips around the foot rim. The glaze with stained crazing lines, characteristic of this type. Minor firing imperfections and general wear to the surface, particularly seen on the top.
