the single board top framed on three sides above four drawers, the top dropping down to form a green baize-covered writing surface and tambour doors to either side concealing ten drawers and five niches, all supported on a rectangular base terminating in shaped ogee feet (14)

Condition

The top panels with a central split due to shrinkage and there are stains and extensive wear. Both side panels are split down the center due to shrinkage and one side is missing part of a back plate and metal handle. The interior is missing five drawers. The feet have been reinforced with wood blocks attached to each corner conforming to the bracket feet. The surface with wear overall.
