- Porcelain
of globular form rising to a cylindrical neck, painted with three magpies perched on a gnarled flowering prunus tree, a fourth bird flying above with a prunus blossom in its beak, the base with an apocryphal Qianlong mark
Condition
There is fritting around the mouth rim. The surface glaze with scattered iron spots, pinprick burst bubbles and one burst bubble approximately 0.4 cm long. Overall the vase is in good condition.
