plain polished surface, the lid corner applied with an Imperial eagle set with rose-cut diamonds, cabochon sapphire thumbpiece, struck with workmaster's initials, 56 standard, scratched inventory number 17796, in original red leather presentation case, the lid applied with an Imperial eagle

Condition

The left-wing of the eagle lacking one rose-cut diamond. The surface with light scratches throughout. One scratch to the lid, approximately 3cm long, professionally buffed out. The leather box with light wear to the edges and underside.
