the surface enamelled overall with opaque sky blue and white stripes within gilt bands, struck with workmaster's initials and Fabergé in Cyrillic, 88 standard, scratched inventory number 15884

Condition

Unrestored condition, with scratches to the enamel throughout and three of four small chips. Two losses at the top left and bottom right front corners. The lid sitting very slightly loose in its catch.
