formed as an entwined leaf stem with a rose-cut diamond terminal, suspending an oval drop set with a green chrysoprase within a rose-cut diamond border, struck with workmaster's initials, 56 standard, scratched inventory number 81076, in original Fabergé wood case

Excellent condition. The pin with a very slight bend.
