the surface of translucent sky blue enamel over banded sunburst engine-turning, the chased leaf tip border with corner rosettes, beaded oval bezel, ivory back, A-frame strut, struck with workmaster's initials and Fabergé in Cyrillic, 84 standard, scratched inventory number 6806 or 9089, containing a miniature portrait on ivory of Queen Alexandra as Princess of Wales, painted after an 1889 photograph by Walery

Condition
The ivory back with hairline cracks and repaired losses around 7 of the screws. The enamel with small areas of restoration around the aperture are 12, 3 and 7 o'clocks. The miniature with retouching to the right side of the face.
