the oval sapphire claw-set within an openwork rose-cut diamond-set scroll frame and four large circular-cut diamonds, ribbon surmount, struck KF in Cyrillic, 56 standard, scratched inventory number 316?38

Condition

There are a small number of tiny rose-cut diamonds missing, the most prominent being that at the top of the suspension loop. There are minor abrasions to the edge of the sapphire. The pendant comes with a certificate from The Gem and Pearl Laboratory, London, indicating "natural sapphire" with "no evidence of heat treatment".
