Condition
Structural Condition
The artist's panel is providing an even and stable structural support. There is a small area of the panel missing in the upper right as viewed from the reverse.
Paint Surface
The paint surface has an even varnish layer. There is evidence of an ingrained dirt layer and scattered deposits on the paint surface. Inspection under ultra-violet light does not appear to show evidence of any retouching.
Summary
The painting would therefore appear to be in good and stable condition.
