Condition

Original canvas. There is a light layer of surface dirt and some staining in places. There is craquelure in the figure of the white horse. There is a very slight protrusion, possibly due to impact, in the canvas to the left of the right hand rider. Examination under UV light reveals no apparent signs of retouching. Held in a gold and brown painted frame. Unexamined out of frame.
