Condition

The panel is sound. There is a layer of light surface dirt and flecks of dirt in places throughout. There is a broad area of paint shrinkage to the black jacket of the seated male figure. There are some chips and dents to the edges and some light surface scratches in places. There is a bloom to the varnish in places. Held in a simple wooden frame. Unexamined out of frame.
