  • base rim of one inkwell marked Cartier, 14K and numbered 1315, the pen marked 14K and with monogram WSH
  • gold, enamel, hardstone
  • length 9 1/8 in.
  • 23.2 cm
the rose quartz base with onyx cabochons at the angles, fitted with two gold-mounted jade pots, the hinged enameled lids with moonstone finials, the central vase of smoky quartz with a Chinese carved jade finial of a man holding a lotus, the eyes set with diamonds. Together with a gold pen.

pen with a few small dents, jade finial with a small loss to top of lotus, overall good condition
