Nikolai Valerianovich Muravyev (1850-1908) served as Imperial Russia's Minister of Justice from 1894 to early 1905. He served as Prosecutor of the Moscow Judicial Chambers (Sudebnaia Palata) from 1884-1891 when he was made a Chief Criminal Prosecutor.
