Condition

Overall measurements: 294cm across the top, 296cm across the bottom, 418cm along left side, 401cm along right side (Vertically through the middle 415cm.) Bowed across the bottom and slightly concave at the top. Generally 5mm pile in the borders and down to 1mm and knotbars in the main field with some localised wear to foundation particularly in the upper left hand quadrant as shown in the photograph. Slight losses to end guards, with overlocking sides re-bound. An attractive decorative carpet with nice proportions which has an unusual yellow crenelated edge to the field and good clear colour.
