Description

comprising: four shaped oval dishes, four shell-shaped dishes, three square dishes and eighteen plates, impressed crowned FBB marks, the plates also with Royal arms, Prince of Wales feathers and FLIGHT BARR & BARR circular marks printed in puce. 29 pieces.
Condition
Each piece with some occasional and varying degrees of rubbing to the gilding and green enamels, mostly to the cavetto area and to the rim edges. Otherwise in generally good condition except:
Square-shaped dishes: One with a 2 1/2 by 1 inch triangular section broken at the rim and glued back with a 1/4-inch associated rim chip issuing an extended haircrack running down the side and across the base of the dish.
Plates: One with two tiny flat chips to the underside of the rim, with only one showing as a pinhead chip to the rim edge. Two plates, each with a small chip to the underside of the rim not visible from the exterior. One plate with two approximately 1/2-inch long flat chips and one with two pinhead chips to the underside of the rim, not visible from the exterior. One plate with a tiny chip to the footrim.
