Folio (14 x 10 in.; 355 x 254 mm). All pages including title decorated in gold with binder's tools; some light marginal soiling. Brown morocco Settle binding, spine gilt in six compartments, gilt-tooled on both covers with a mitred panel design with thistles at the outer edges and putti at the center of each side of the outer panel, within which are the arms of the Earl of Lincoln impaling Pelham, surrounded by exuberant scroll-work as mantling, above which is emblematic dove with olive branch; some wear and rubbing, small tears to endpapers.
