8vo (7 x 4 1/2 in.; 178 x 114 mm). Title printed in red and black within double ruled border, engraved frontispiece portrait of Waller by P. Vandreban after Peter Lely, additional poems by Waller (possibly in Roger Strickland's hand) on flyleaves. Eighteenth-century polished red morocco paneled gilt, gilt tulip cornerpieces, the spine in six compartments gilt, marbled endpapers, edges gilt; a few old, dark scratches to covers.
