Title in red and black with woodcut vignette within double-ruled border, license leaf, woodcut headpieces and initials, 11 engraved text illustrations; light browning to quire 2G. Fine contemporary polished red morocco paneled gilt, probably by Samuel Mearne, with Charles II's crowned gilt fleuron cornerpieces, the spine in seven compartments gilt (one reserved for black morocco lettering piece), plain endpapers, edges gilt; some wear to spine, corners bumped, marginal browning to pastedowns.
