Small 4to (7 1/8 x 5 1/8 in.; 180 x 130 mm). Woodcut printer's device on title, woodcut headpiece and decorative initials, gothic type, with final blank leaf; top margin cut close touching one headline near the end. Eighteenth-century mottled calf (dated 1737 inside), gilt-stamped supralibros of Pegasus head and wings "LTHD" on upper cover, earl's coronet and "EDDE" on lower cover, spine gilt in compartments; joints cracking.
