4to (7 1/8 x 5 1/2 in.; 183 x 140 mm). Title within border  and headpiece on A2 composed of printer's ornaments, one woodcut initial; subtle repair to corner loss on title, closed tear on A2 in last two lines, costing two letters. Modern brown morocco backed cloth, spine lettered gilt.
