Folio (12 1/2 x 8 1/4 in.; 318 x 210 mm). Printer's woodcut device on title-page (McKerrow 166), woodcut initials and headpieces, division titles for the paraphrases of the Psalms of David and the Lamentations of Jeremiah, music printing; large stain on T2, 3C3 spotted, minor worming in upper inner margin throughout. Contemporary calf paneled gilt, large gilt wreath on each cover, smooth spine double-ruled and lettered gilt, plain endpapers, edges sprinkled red; extremities rubbed, several old scrapes and gouges to boards, ties lost.
