Woodcut portrait of King Henry on title, woodcut headpiece and decorative initial; top and fore-edge shaved affecting some headlines and some initial or final letters in quires B-E, contemporary pen-trials in the margin of leaf I1, lacking final blank leaf. Modern maroon half morocco gilt.
