4to (c.216 x 155 mm), dedication to Gresham College, verses by John Dowland, Thomas Campion and others, type-set music and woodcut diagrams, final twenty pages are type-set music in choirbook format (with all voices together), woodcut initials and headpieces, two small woodcut illustrations; repairs to tears on *8, F4 and G2-3 with slight loss, overall browning, some water staining to the first half, some show-through in the music, with stains on F2-3, slightly trimmed at foot of B2. Early nineteenth-century Roxburghe binding (roan-backed red boards); rubbed.
