Folio (13 1/8 x 8 5/8 in.; 334 x 220 mm).  Woodcut allegorical headpiece on title, woodcut head- , tailpieces, and decorative initials, three-page errata at end; a few soil marks and spots on title, an occasional tiny marginal spot elsewhere. Contemporary blind-ruled calf, gilt-stamped arabesque central medallion on each cover; rebacked with part of original spine laid down.
