Folio (13 x 8 1/2 in.; 330 x 216 mm).  Initial blank partially detached, small tear at inner margin of UUU5 due to flaw in paper, worm hole through inner margine of pp. 193-274.  Full calf, morocco gilt spine label; head of spine and raised bands chipped, top of upper joint cracked.
