Folio (11 x 7 1/4 in.; 279 x 184 mm). Separate title-pages for each of the three books, verses by Daniel and errata (¶1,2), additional errata 3K5,6, woodcut vignettes of altars on verso of first title-page, woodcut headpieces and initials, a few headpieces composed of printer's ornaments, woodcut tailpiece cartouche at the end of the first book, running head on A1v–A2r/v corrected to read "The Epistle Dedicatorie," small typeset slip reading "vyle" pasted over "towns" on B1r, line 25, Q3,4 misbound; minor marginal worming in latter half of the second book through to the last, faint marginal dampstaining on 3H3,4. Contemporary Cambridge-style blind-paneled calf, center panel tinted dark brown, the spine gilt in six compartments (one reserved for lettering-piece); a few old scrapes, old repair and a little scuffing to lower board, subtle restoration to spine.
