4to (7 3/4 x 5 3/4 in.; 195 x 142 mm). Engraved frontis portrait by Faithorne after his own sketch from life, errata leaf at rear; very minor intermittent spotting. Contemporary speckled calf, spine gilt; some wear at spine head, upper joint starting, lower a bit weak.
