Black letter and roman, title in woodcut border (McKerrow & Ferguson 125), woodcut initials; first and final quires washed, closed tear to L1, repairs to colophon leaf, lower corner of *iii torn away, occasional light dampstaining, marginal notes in an unknown contemporary hand. Modern calf antique.
