Catalogue Note
Second edition, with both the cancelled title and the cancellans (originally leaf I4). Leaf I4 is another printing of the title-page but with the added line "The second impression," and is intended to cancel A2. The majority of copies are first issue, retaining A2 and lacking I4; second issue copies carry the "second impression" title-page, and are "much rarer than the first, only five are known" (Pforzheimer).
