4to (6 1/2 x 5 ins.; 160 x 125 mm). Title-page with woodblock border, woodcut head- and tailpieces; title rubbed and small hole to border with some light staining and inner margin repaired, with Sonet on M1 but lacking "La Lepanthe," a few corrections to text in a near contemporary hand. Modern gilt-paneled limp vellum by Sangorski.
