4to (7 1/2 x 5 3/4 in.; 191 x 146 mm). Woodcut vignette on title-page, headpiece of printer's ornaments; light staining along inner margin. Nineteenth-century half calf over marbled boards, smooth spine lettered gilt; minor loss to foot of spine, two bookplates evidently removed from front pastedown and free endpaper.
