4to (7 1/4 x 5 1/4 in.; 184 x 133 mm). Printer's ornaments on title-page, woodcut headpieces and initials, several headpieces composed of printer's ornaments. Nineteenth-century polished biscuit calf, gilt armorial supralibros of Frederick Perkins (unicorn crest on a charge with chevrons and escallops) on both covers, gilt dentelles, black morocco lettering piece on smooth spine; extremities scraped, loss of leather to spine ends.
