4to (7 1/4 x 5 3/8 in.; 184 x 137 mm). Woodcut ornament of a mask on title-page, woodcut headpieces and initials; light foxing, some light text browning in quire F, original paper defect in leaf I3 not affecting text. Modern dark brown calf  paneled in blind, smooth spine lettered gilt, plain endpapers and edges.
