Headers and footers of printer's ornaments on each page, one woodcut headpiece and initial; outer margin of A2 cropped costing a few letters in the dedication verse, lacks final blank. Nineteenth-century straight-grain tan morocco, fine gilt double-filleted border, smooth spine lettered gilt, plain endpapers, edges gilt; joints lightly rubbed.
