First edition. One of the most powerful and enduring of all Jacobean plays, and virtually the only imaginative treatment of incest in the English literature of its era. A fine copy with shoulder notes not cropped. This copy has the variant headline in sheet B: "T'is ..." and does not contain the inserted verses by Robert Ellice found in very few copies.
