Woodcut headpiece and ornament on title-page, woodcut initials and headpieces, printer's ornaments, text within rules, lower endpaper annotated in a contemporary hand with the first four lines of Sir Philip Sidney's "Thou Blind Man's Mark"; right margins shaved, sometimes cutting into border, mild marginal dampstaining. Contemporary limp vellum, manuscript title on spine; vellum cockled, soiled, and age-darkened, endpapers torn and creased, ties perished.
