Exemplification of a Common Recovery for the Manor of Wattisfield in Suffolk and the sub-manors of Gyfford and Hallymote, one parchment membrane (340 x 525 mm), endorsement, pendant impression of the Second Great Seal of Queen Elizabeth I, by Nicholas Hilliard, in brown wax (95 mm diameter) attached with a parchment tag, 8 May 1592; seal cracked with some loss. Mounted and in a purple morocco-backed folding-box.
