Assigning the lease of the parsonage of Rickling from Pennington to Mitchell for the sum of £1,000, noting that the lease had previously been assigned to Pennington by "the right Worshippful John Donne doctor of divinitie late deane of the Cathedrall Church of Saint Paule London" on 20 December 1629, signed by Pennington, one parchment membrane (230 x 470 mm), with seal tag, 5 November 1635. Mounted, in a pale cloth folding-box.
