8vo (4 3/4 x 3 1/2 in.; 121 x 89 mm). Title within a border of printer's ornaments, woodcut headpieces, initials, printer's ornaments; worming in gutter not affecting text. Contemporary limp vellum; age-darkened and stained, text block held by one tawed leather tie, titling on spine faded.

Catalogue Note
The "Atturny" edition, one of three editions printed by Jaggard in 1613 and generally considered the first issue, owing to the spelling of "Attorney" on the title-page. Rare, this edition has not appeared at auction in over half a century.
