Folio (11 1/4 x 7 3/8 in.; 286 x 187 mm). Printer's device on title page repeated verso of last page, woodcut initials, manuscript ownership inscription on title-page; very few spotting. Seventeenth-century Scottish binding, brown calf on smooth cardboard, gilt arms of John Stewart, 5th Earl of Atholl, gilt ornamental tool on spine; some small repairs on spine, upper corner of the back cover reattached.
