Catalogue Note
Digby's copy of Thomas White's Catholic cathechism.
In 1635, Digby went to Paris where he bought this copy of White's Catholic cathechism. And even two years after his wife Venetia's death, he still had his bindings decorated with his wife's cypher, "KVD."
