Folio (13 3/4 x 8 3/4 in.; 348 x 222 mm). Title-page printed in red and black, 100 engraved coats-of-arms in text, each with contemporary hand-coloring; very faint dampstain to lower fore-margin of first 5 leaves. Extremely fine contemporary English binding of red morocco, elaborately gilt, sides with full intersecting diagonal rows of drawer-handle tools painted black forming an all-over lattice design, filled with a profusion of pointille floral tools, full and stippled arabesques, dots and roundels, the spine in compartments with a "windmill" pattern motif painted black in each within gilt-tooled surrounds; short cracks to upper and lower joints at spine head, some minor wear at spine ends and shelf wear along bottom edge; gilt edges. Cloth case.
