4to (7 3/8 x 5 3/8 ins.; 190 x 137 mm). With the scarce errata leaf at the end. Woodcut initial and headpiece; small hole to X3 losing two or three letters. Contemporary calf with single gilt rule and central device to covers, spine gilt with raised bands and red morocco label (possibly slightly later); some minor rubbing to gilt on upper cover, ties lacking, small piece supplied at spine head with another supplied at bottom of upper joint, short splits to calf over joints at spine head with one cord barely exposed. Old cloth case.
