Bulmer and Co, 1811. 8vo (9 x 5 1/2 in.; 238 x 137 mm). [IV], thirty-four pages, three illustrations in text. Only thirty-six copies printed. Presentation copy, inscribed "With the Author's respectful compliments." On a set of corrected proofs (Barlow's copy), Dibdin inscribed and described it as "The Foundation Stone of the Bibliotheca Spenceriana." Jackson 28; Windle and Pippin A17.
