This functional pair of bookcases are made up from a single whatnot. The lower sections are re-built and the later timber bases are visible. Later galleries (one lacking side return and one cracked and split). Later back, shelves and sides. Old marks and scratches consistent with age and use. Repairs and fillers consistent with age and use.
