decorated with applied trailing fruiting vines and a laurel-edged plaque stamped 'A LIPSCOMBE & CO PATENTEES 44 QUEEN VICTORIA ST. MANSION HOUSE LONDON' beneath a coat of arms.

Condition

Some chips to the edges of relief molded wreaths. There is an extended riveted crack running through all the way from the rim to the base on one side. There is another two inch hair crack running down from the rim.
