Condition
TONGE, Beech Trees near Allerton, Lancashire:
Oil on paperboard. The surface is in overall fair condition aside from surface dirt and craquelure and pigment separation, both of which are more pronounced on the left side of the work. Under UV light, the varnish fluoresces green and obscures the work.
NORDEN, Still Life with Lettuce, Onions, Leeks, Cabbage and other Vegetables:
Oil on Masonite. The surface appears to be in overall very good condition aside from surface dirt and an unevenly applied varnish. Under UV light, no apparent inpaints visible. Framed and ready to hang.
