Description

  • PORCELAIN
each piece painted with leafy rose sprays and scattered butterflies, comprising: two plates, a sugar bowl and cover, a jug, nine teacups and nine saucers. Together with a similarly-decorated octagonal Derby sugar bowl, a pink-ground milk jug, a teapot and cover with an underglaze-blue and cream border, and eight saucers, each painted with a continuous band of colorful flowers. 35 pieces.

Condition

All in generally good condition except: Milk jug: has some very minor rubbing to gilding on the handle. Pink-ground milk jug: with a short haircrack running down from the edge of spout. One teacup has a 1-inch fine haircrack running down the rim. One saucer has a minuscule chip to the footrim.
