Condition

Both works in overall good condition. The first is ready to hang. The second with a small scratch above the bulb of the onion. Under UV light, neither appears to have any inpainting visible. Both framed and ready to hang.

Catalogue Note

Delio Guerra was born on the Braga family's Manati Sugar plantation in Cuba. He worked as a family butler and friend to three generations of the Braga family. He was also a talented artist, as evidenced in both this lot and lot 458.
